  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on ecofun app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for ecofun and non- ecofun items from the date of delivery.
    All ecofun items are 100% Authentic by Trusted Brands and are covered under 2x Money Back Guarantee.
    Note: Groceries and Digital Goods are excluded from 2x Money Back Guarantee.
  2. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our Warranty Policy.
  3. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

Note: We do not accept returns for any used items. For mobile phones, you may raise a return request directly with ecofun if the device is dead on arrival (i.e. does not switch on completely). If the mobile phone has already been activated*, please contact the seller or brand warranty provider directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty.

*Mobile phone is considered activated once SIM card has been inserted or when the phone has been connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.


Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories

Change of mind is applicable for return and refund (excluding non-ecofun items shipped from overseas).

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on ecofun’s assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with their tags intact. Any items found used will be rejected and returned back to customers.

Note: We do not accept returns for any used items. For laptops with brand warranty, ecofun will only accept returns if the device is dead on arrival (i.e. does not switch on completely). Once the brand seal has been opened or removed, please contact the seller or brand warranty provider directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty.

If the item received is incomplete or has missing item / freebie, item is rotten or spoiled, Item is expired and no longer valid to be used, different from what was ordered, a refund will be issued based on ecofun’s assessment. Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.

Digital goods such as giftcards, ebook, subscription codes

Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.

If digital good is received with an incorrect code, code not received, code or subscription is expired, or the code is unauthorized, a refund or replacement will be issued based on ecofun’s assessment.

Digital goods that are non-returnable: Mobile top ups, utility bill payments

Return request must be raised within 14 days for Any 3 Bundle from the date of delivery.

Change of Mind is not applicable for return and refund.

Partial returns are allowed: If a certain number of products from an Any 3 Bundle are eligible for a return, partial refund will be issued to the customer after these items have been returned by the customer & quality checked by ecofun. The refund amount is calculated on item level of each bundle. The total amount paid for the order will be divided by 3, multiplied by the number of items you have returned.

Books & Stationery

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in ecofun packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.

NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. 

 

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

If you experience issues after ecofun’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of ecofun packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.


Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If you requested a pick up, we will send you a tracking number by SMS after the pickup has been arranged.

There are no charges for shipping a product back to ecofun.

If your return request does not meet ecoofun Return Policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

It will take between 7 and 21 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.

If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of “Seller” in the “Sold by x more sellers” box below the product image.

Types of Warranties:

1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. ecofun will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.

2.Service warranty: ecofun will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.


Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.


How do I claim my warranty ?
If it has been less than 14 days since delivery:

You may be able to return your product without using a warranty. Call 0707 807 807 to lodge a return request. See our Return policy for detailed information.

If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product has a warranty:

Please contact the service center listed on the warranty card included with your product or call Daraz and we will provide the contact for you.

If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product has no warranty:

Unfortunately ecofun will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.

How can I get my product serviced?
If you bought a product that is eligible for servicing, please send the product(s) directly to the Service Center indicated on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase from ecofun (invoice).

Where are the Service Centers?
Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product or go to you product page on ecofun.lk and look for warranty / service center information in the ‘description ‘ tab.

If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.

Do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is within the warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or electrical systems, you don’t have to worry about the repairing cost. You will be covered.

If your product is past the warranty duration or is physically damaged, you will be responsible for the repair cost. We suggest you to repair the product at the service center authorized by the manufacturer (the warranty center on your warranty card) for better quality services.
