Returns and Refunds
1. Sign in to your ecofun Account, select My Orders.
2. Click ‘View all’ link under ‘My Orders’ .
3. Select the item you wish to return. Click ‘Return’ button.
4. Select the reason for return on ‘Return Request’ form and clearly describe the issue in the comments box.
Select the preferred shipment method (Pick Up / Drop Off) and click ‘Edit Refund Method’ to select the available refund options.
Read the return & refund policy and if you agree, click ‘Submit’ to generate the ‘Return Label’
5. Pack your ecofun parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
Print and secure the ‘ Return Label’ on the return package. Alternatively, you can write the Return Tracking and Return Order Numbers on a paper and paste it on the return package.
6. Based on the shipment method selected, head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of ecofun packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

If you experience issues after ecofun’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of ecofun packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
If you requested a pick up, we will send you a tracking number by SMS after the pickup has been arranged.
There are no charges for shipping a product back to ecofun.
If your return request does not meet ecoofun Return Policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.
It will take between 7 and 21 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.

How do I know if my product has a warranty?
If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.
If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of “Seller” in the “Sold by x more sellers” box below the product image.
Types of Warranties:
1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. ecofun will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.
2.Service warranty: ecofun will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repairing under this warranty policy, customer will have to pay for that part.
Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
How do I claim my warranty ?
If it has been less than 14 days since delivery:
You may be able to return your product without using a warranty. Call 0707 807 807 to lodge a return request. See our Return policy for detailed information.
If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product has a warranty:
Please contact the service center listed on the warranty card included with your product or call Daraz and we will provide the contact for you.
If it has been more than 14 days since delivery and the product has no warranty:
Unfortunately ecofun will be unable to cover the item and you will be responsible for repairing costs.

How can I get my product serviced?
If you bought a product that is eligible for servicing, please send the product(s) directly to the Service Center indicated on the warranty card included with your product. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.
For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase from ecofun (invoice).
Where are the Service Centers?
Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product or go to you product page on ecofun.lk and look for warranty / service center information in the ‘description ‘ tab.
If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for more details.
Do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is within the warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or electrical systems, you don’t have to worry about the repairing cost. You will be covered.
If your product is past the warranty duration or is physically damaged, you will be responsible for the repair cost. We suggest you to repair the product at the service center authorized by the manufacturer (the warranty center on your warranty card) for better quality services.
